The history of LE GROUPE VENISE can be traced back to 1987 when Paolo Bergamin launched BÉTON VENISE INC. Originally focussed on providing structural and decorative concrete products, Paolo quickly established the company as a leader in the market. The company’s capabilities and service offerings were augmented when Joseph Cucuzzella joined the firm in 1992. A young graduate with a background in architectural technology, Joseph became a partner in the firm to expand the company’s capabilities in designing and realising complex projects.

To continue the company’s ability to provide a broader range of services in the design and build process, Michael Legault was added as a third partner to the firm in 2000. With a well-established background in landscape design and architecture, pool design and construction and Estate Design, Michael oversaw the development of AMÉNAGEMENT PAYSAGER VENISE INC. as a leading company in its field. Since inception, the company has developed a strong reputation as one of the leading pool and landscape design & build companies in Quebec.

As the company’s services continued to expand, and based partly on strong client demand, the next stage of expansion resulted in the formation of the company’s third operating division – LE GROUPE VENISE INC. Created as a General Contractor specialising in commercial and multi-unit residential construction, this new division, led by Joseph Cucuzella, has developed a reputation for delivering complex projects in an efficient manner via a combination of technical know-how and strong project management.

Le Groupe Venise is proud to communicate that it is AMF Certified and possesses 22 Construction licenses.

Since graduating from University with a degree in architecture, Joseph Cucuzzella’s passion for design and construction has been evident to colleagues and clients alike. Working with the most renowned architectural firms in Montreal, he was an early adopter of using CAD software to automate the design process and continues to drive efficiency within our General Contracting activities as lead Partner.

Le Groupe Venise General Contracting business areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, commercial and institutional design and construction; residential design and construction; construction management and project management. Having successfully delivered many large commercial and industrial projects, Le Groupe Venise is able to bring a unique efficiency to residential design and construction, from the simplest of renovations up to the most complex additions and new single home or multi-unit projects.

Since inception, Amenagement Paysager Venise Inc. has developed a hard-earned reputation as a prestigious landscape design & installation company devoted to creating functional architectural outdoor spaces.

Our client-centred design process begins with a consultation to ensure both client and company philosophies are fully-aligned. Once the initial parameters are established, our designers create a Landscape Concept Plan that takes into consideration key variables such as property characteristics, budget estimate, and client requirements. Upon client acceptance of the Landscape Concept Plan the Detailed Landscape Plan – including variables such as construction details, planting plans, cost estimates and installation schedule – is developed as the basis of the formal client contract.

We take great pride in our Project Completion Teams. Our in-house construction team, augmented with external contractors as necessary, is comprised of experienced professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality workmanship.
