Google Analytics (property G-0P4H9KMP2M) helps us understand how the site is used. When it is allowed, it also records key actions: sending the contact form, submitting a CV, and clicking our phone number or email address. These events include only the type of action, the project type or career area selected, and the page language. They never include your name, email, phone number, CV, or message.

If you refuse analytics or advertising, Google Analytics does not set cookies. The Google tag still sends Google limited signals without cookies, such as the page viewed, the time, your browser type, and your consent choice. These signals do not use cookies or a visitor identifier.

Advertising cookies can be used to measure our campaigns and to show you ads based on your visits (profiling). They are off by default and are turned on only if you allow Advertising.

Our hosting platform also provides basic visit counts that do not use cookies. They record the page viewed, the referring site, browser language, and screen size, and are used only to count visits.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw it, we delete the related Google cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

05Who can access your information

Within Groupe Venise, access is limited to the owner and the team members who need it to respond to enquiries or review applications.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only for that purpose:

  • Website hosting and technology providerhosts the site, stores form submissions and CVs, and sends us a notification when a form is submitted, with the sender’s name and email and a short summary of the request.
  • Google LLCprovides Google Analytics and Google advertising tools when you allow them, as well as Google Fonts.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States, where it is subject to local laws.

06How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or longer if the law requires it. We then destroy or anonymize it.

Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above. Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.

  • The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Form submissions and CVs are kept in a private database and private file storage, never on public pages.
  • The enquiry and application inboxes are restricted to the site owner’s secure sign-in, and CVs open only through temporary private links.
  • Forms check the type and size of uploaded files and filter automated submissions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.
