The Project

Stone, slate, and wood, between lake and mountains.

Set into a forested hillside above Lake Tremblant, the residence is composed in stone and wood beneath steep slate roofs and tall chimneys. A curving drive passes stone gate piers on its way to the house, while a stone arcade, a timber-framed screened porch with its own stone fireplace, and a sweeping stone terrace open the home to the water and the mountains beyond.

Inside, a great hall under a vaulted timber ceiling leads to living spaces of exposed beams, wood panelling, and stone fireplaces, and to a chef's kitchen with its own pantry. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a games room, a wine cellar behind a bullseye glass door, a gym, a yoga room, a spa, an elevator, and a three-car garage complete the residence.
